I was a part of the technology team running Naukri.com, India's largest job site. My role was designing, developing and maintaining close to 100% uptime of one of the highest traffic sections of the site, including Resdex resume database and Job Posting.

Developed a proof of concept for Reverse Dictionary system at Tata Institute of Fundamental Research, Mumbai. Uses advanced Natural Language Processing and semantic techniques (Ontologies, OWL and OWL-QL) to deduce the best matching dictionary word from the specified concept. iBot was an intelligent Intra site search engine which uses a combination of human and machine intelligence to optimize search results. Was selected by Microsoft among the top 20 projects from all over India and presented at the Microsoft National Project Exhibition held simultaneously with Imagine Cup 2006, National finals.
Uses Global Positioning System (GPS) to keep track of position of vehicles in real time and is now being used by major transporters to keep track of their vehicle fleet.
